Rooms for hire

Renting one of our rooms proves a good alternative to more expensive and usually bland conference and training rooms in hotels or training centres. The warm colours of the walls and equipment create cosy, homelike atmosphere. Our clients feel comfortable in our rooms and that in turn improves their concentration.

We make the rooms available 15-20 minutes before the time of the reservation. In case You needed them to be ready earlier, please do not forget to notify us in advance.

Room A (31 m2)

Maximum capacity in a given arrangement:
37	16	20	21

The largest of our rooms - 31 square metres. Perfect for training, workshop or conference for groups of 10 to 24 people. Located on the second floor, together with rooms B and C.

Room B (24 m2)

Maximum capacity in a given arrangement:
26	13	16	16

IIdeal for groups 8 -16 people large. Arranged in a theatre style seats up to 26 people.

Room C (18 m2)

Maximum capacity in a given arrangement:
14	10	10	12

This meeting room is 18 m2 large. Well suited for interviews and meetings or trainings for up to 10 people. 

Room Parmenides (31 m2)

Maximum capacity in a given arrangement:

Very pleasant air conditioned room, 31 sguare metres big. Big whiteboard together with other equipment (optional) makes it a perfect room for all trainings, worshops and presentations. As in all other rooms, all chairs and tables are arranged to best fit your needs. 1st floor.

Room Pirron (24 m2)

Air conditioned room, perfect for groups of 8 to 12 people. Room is located on the 1st floor.

Western Room (25 m2)

Maximum capacity in a given arrangement:
24	14	16	15

Located on the 1st floor. Perfect for groups of 12 people. Depending on your needs we supply it with a flipchart, projection screen or a whiteboard .

Eastern Room (18 m2)

Maximum capacity in a given arrangement:
20	12	16	12

1st floor. the room is ideal for groups of 8 - 12 people.

Sala Biskupia (31 m2) ( 10/2 Biskupia st.)

Maximum capacity in a given arrangement:

Separate space 45 sq. metres large, consisting of a 31 m2 room, hall, small kitchen and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped to make it possible to organise one's own coffee break. With no disturbance from outside, the whole place creates a perfect atmosphere for group integration.

It is located on the groundfloor, in Biskupia street, 7 minutes walk from other rooms, 10 minutes walk from the Main Market Square.

 

 

Flexibility:

All the equipment and furniture you see in the pictures is portable, so you can arrange things according to your own will. Apart from chairs, tables and whiteboards,each of the rooms may be equipped with a flipchart, multimedia projector + projection screen, VHS-DVD combo and a 28" TV set, cassette and CD (mp3) player.

2 minutes walk from tha main train/bus station (see map)

5 minutes walk from the Main Market Square
